ICAN ride Melb to Canberra 20 September 2018 for Treaty to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons – rally 11am Thursday 20 Sept.

THIS September, ICAN is organising a bike ride, cycling from Melbourne to Canberra to carry the Nobel Peace Prize and the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons to Parliament House. The demand is clear: Australia must sign and ratify the nuclear weapon ban treaty! With the national Labor conference and a federal election looming, the time is right to get active and loud.

WELCOME THE CYCLISTS ON THURSDAY 20 SEPTEMBER AT THE PEACE BELL IN NARA PEACE PARK (on the lake opposite the National Museum) AND JOIN THEM FOR A CYCLE AROUND THE LAKE – JUST AROUND THE 2 BRIDGES.
