The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) has just released a comprehensive report on problems with the Australian Government policy to obtain nuclear powered submarines. It is entitled “Troubled Waters: Nuclear Submarines, AUKUS and the NPT” and addresses the wider implications of the AUKUS pact as well.
