SIGN PETITION TO DROP ALL CHARGES AGAINST OKINAWA ANTI-BASES ACTIVISTS

SIGN PETITION TO DROP ALL CHARGES AGAINST OKINAWA ANTI-BASES ACTIVISTS

Dear Friends of Peace and Justice Around the World,

As you may all know, the Conference on U.S. Foreign Military Bases held in Baltimore on January 12 – 14, 2018, unanimously passed a resolution in support of arrested Okinawa anti-bases activists, Hiroji Yamashiro , and his co-defendants, Hiroshi Inaba and Atsuhiro Soeda .

In line with the Conference resolution, the Coalition Against U.S. Foreign Military Bases has initiated a global petition drive to drop all charges against the Okinawa anti-bases activists.

Every signed petition will be immediately sent to the Naha Court in Okinawa, and emailed to Ambassadors of Japan to the United Nations and the United States.

We need your active support for turning this petition drive into a global campaign of tens of thousands of signatures from around the world.

To sign the petition, please go to our web site: NoForeignBases.org and scroll down to the petition on the right sidebar.

And, please, share this message with all your friends and all organizations you are affiliated with, and ask them to join us in this global campaign.

Thank you,

Coalition Against U.S. Foreign Military Bases
